Remote Customer Service - Product Tester

Join our team as a Product Tester and work from the comfort of your home! We are seeking individuals across the US to take part in exciting product testing contracts with both national and international brands.

As an independent contractor with our consulting firm specializing in product testing and development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of products. You will conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT), providing valuable feedback in real-time to various companies and market research firms, ensuring thorough product evaluation and certification.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Accurately documenting the product testing process as per the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and maintaining a product journal.

Safely using and taking care of the products assigned for testing.

Following the provided Daily Schedule, which may involve unpacking products, reviewing instructions, writing journal entries, and giving detailed feedback online or via mobile.

Occasionally using advanced technology from MFour to capture insights during the testing process.

Participating in discussions about the product in private chat rooms facilitated by the market research firm.

Writing reviews as instructed for each project based on your experience.

Requirements:

A keen attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.

Availability to commit to a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours per week.

Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

Ability to take quality pictures with a digital camera or smartphone.

Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills.

Must be 18 years or older.
