Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving operational efficiency and maximizing gaming revenue through data driven insights and innovative optimization strategies

Leverage advanced data analytics and data mining to extract constructive insights and identify performance drives across all table games and slot machines

Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for supporting casino related strategic decisions and providing recommendations to optimize casino performance and drive revenue growth

Monitor market trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify lucrative revenue opportunities and emerging player behaviors

Working closely with casino operation teams and workforce planning team to ensure the efficient use of casino labor resources

Collaborate closely with marketing analytics team to ensure all analytics are aligned and support integrated decision-making

Assist in implementation and development of casino related technology innovation and systems

Assist in implementation and utilization of BI & data mining software

Assist in all business planning, forecasting, and budgeting of casino business segments

Job Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience in casino analytics and yield management operations

University degree in relevant fields

Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

Advanced data & BI related skills including SQL Server SSRS, Python, SAS, Tableau, Data Mining/Modeling
