10+ years NYC heavy civil Project Manager experience

Lead PM on complex NYC excavation and infrastructure projects

Strong background in SOE, piling, and heavy concrete

Experienced with submittals, RFIs, Bluebeam, MS Project or P6

Transportation or large infrastructure experience preferred

Deal Breakers

No NYC heavy civil experience

Experience outside NYC metro only

No excavation or SOE background

No scheduling software proficiency

Less than 10 years PM experience
