Job Title: Messenger Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position Overview The Messenger is responsible for the secure receipt, tracking, and delivery of packages, parcels, internal mail, and catering services across designated locations.

This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to customer service while following all established procedures and chain-of-custody standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive packages and parcels from external messengers, vendors, and catering providersScan barcodes into package tracking software accuratelyObtain recipient signatures upon delivery to maintain chain-of-custody documentationEnsure all deliveries are properly downloaded and closed out upon completionDeliver packages to designated floors and intended recipients in a timely mannerEscort external messengers and catering services to designated floors for deliveryCollect internal mail and parcels from various reception areas and agreed-upon locationsSort and transport mail and parcels to main reception and other designated locations across sitesExecute all daily activities in accordance with Forrest Solutions Standard Operating ProceduresFollow all Forrest Solutions policies, rules, and guidelines at all times Qualifications & RequirementsClient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent serviceKind, professional, and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, vendors, and colleaguesAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the workdayStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements Why Join Us This position offers consistent weekday hours, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to be part of a professional workplace services team committed to operational excellence.
