Join us in ensuring seamless 24/7 functionality for our Team Chat and Zoom Events services. We are on the lookout for a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting high-stakes, critical applications.

About the Team:

The Engineering Operations team is pivotal in delivering uninterrupted service and an exceptional user experience. We manage the Team Chat and Zoom Events platforms, employing robust strategies for operational excellence to secure the stability and availability of these essential tools that connect users globally.

Responsibilities:

Craft and deploy zero-downtime solutions for services aiming for 99.999% availability.

Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery (DR) plans across multiple data center regions.

Troubleshoot and resolve intricate production challenges, focusing on performance and functionality.

Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance security and service continuity.

Administer monitoring tools and infrastructure, providing critical support during outages.

Create and refine CI/CD pipelines to optimize deployment processes.

Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, and oversee deployments during off-hours as needed.

Act as a primary regional contact, addressing inquiries, offering support, and managing relevant content.

What We're Looking For:

2 - 3 years of experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and their integration.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy.

Experience managing configurations and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.

Expertise with containerization technologies, including Kubernetes, AWS EKS, or Docker.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

A proactive, creative mindset and a willingness to learn.
