RN Supervisor

Job Description

RN Supervisor Pay Rate $40.00 hour

Sign-on bonus: $7,500Shift: Night Shift Location: Absolut Care Aurora Park- East Aurora, NY 14052Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.

Coordinate daily staffing, patient care assignments, and clinical activities.

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per resident care plans.

Provide direct resident care and respond to changes in resident conditions.

Support interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure regulatory compliance.

Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and performance coaching for team members.

Document accurately and report changes in resident conditions to providers and leadership.Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) required

1+ year RN experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to supervise and motivate staff while promoting a positive cultureBenefits:
