Location of Work: Unit 202-8299 129 Street, Surrey BC V3W0A6
Term of employment: Full time, Permanent with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60 per hour, overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8hrs per day/40 hrs per week

Job duties:
. Responsible for maintaining, coordinating and overseeing day to day administrative procedures.
. Resolve administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communicating solutions; and implementing new procedures.
. Supervise and delegate work to office staff, prioritize office tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
. Maintain continuity of administrative operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.
. Prepare and provide periodic report for the management.
. Assist in preparing annual estimates of expenditure.
. Order & Maintain office inventories.
Requirements:
. Education Requirement: Completion of College program
. Experience Requirement: Minimum one year of related experience
. Language Requirement: English
