Seeking a Human Resources Director to:
-Direct and evaluate Human Resources operations, including patient care delivery, information technology, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
-Lead & execute robust retention strategies to reduce turnover & support long-term talent development.
-Build & sustain positive labor relations, including leading union negotiations & maintaining a collaborative approach with union representatives.
-Analyze workforce data to identify trends and drive proactive solutions around engagement, staffing, and employee satisfaction.
-Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
-Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets, and ensure that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
-Coordinate and direct internal/external Human Resources audits.
-Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
Duration: Fulltime position

Must have:
-Bachelor’s degree
-7 yrs. of progressive HR leadership exp.
-Employee relations exp.
Salary range: $104,000 to $140,000
Nice to have:
-Human Resources (HR) certifications
-Previous healthcare exp is strongly preferred.
