Construction Manager (297042)

Supervise the construction phase of projects, including oversight of staff, subcontractors, and site operations; prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and timetables for project delivery; ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, and safety standards; coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to ensure projects meet design specifications; monitor progress, track expenses, and report regularly to management on budgets and timelines; address delays, emergencies, and other challenges to maintain project schedules; oversee quality control and ensure construction is completed within time and budget; and liaise with inspectors and regulatory authorities regarding material specifications compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Three (3) years of experience as a Construction Manager or closely related occupation.
