About the Opportunity

Maintenance & Services is responsible of controlling all equipment’s and facilities maintenances (Internal and External), manage and control all consumables, direct contact with the services suppliers, pest management, waste management security and safety.

Candidate Profile

Working supervisor of a business support team spends portion of time performing the work supervised. Responsible for results of the team, and work within established precedents and practices. Ensure managing and control all maintenance registers and plans to ensure all predictive and preventive maintenances are made to reduce extra costs and unexpected stop of equipment’s and facilities. First contact with the external services suppliers for future contracts and corrective or preventive maintenances interventions, do support and accompanied new improvements warehouses projects.

Manage and ensure good functionalities of all facilities and equipment’s;

Reduce Facilities and equipment’s costs;

Reduce unexpected equipment’s stops;

Ensure all security of equipment’s and facilities are running in conformity;

Control stock consumables and costs;

Presenting Maintenance KPI’s;

Manage and control pest management;

Give support in new projects for facilities, operations or equipment’s (North Morocco warehouses Moulay Bousselham and Larrache )

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Report and direct support to the Manager.

Mandatory presence in the weekly meeting with the Manager;

Warn in advance the Manager of any absence or delay;

Inform the Manager of all the incidents that change the good running of the -job and imply changes of what was previously established;

Responsible for the maintenance of all North Morocco warehouses (Moulay Bousselham and Larrache) Manage and implement all preventive maintenances plan for each warehouse;

Manage all external preventive plans and control their interventions;

Do periodic inspections to the facilities to determine if exists any problem or fail that demands maintenance intervention;

Manage and Execute correctives and preventives maintenance in all North Morocco warehouses;

Execute and control correctives and preventives maintenance of all the equipment, making sure that all are in good working conditions;

Manage and research the new external suppliers for equipment’s or facilities interventions;

Control and report to competent authorities the quantity of presence gas in each installation every year;

Manage and control the waste and recycle material;

Ensure and control that every facility had the requirement analysis and disinfection in day according the law (Cold and hot water circuits, evaporators); Control and ensure every equipment have the certification of calibration required.
