Local CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. walking floor experience and roll off trailer experience specifically sought after. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of trucks and equipment to transport goods including saw dust, roll-off dumpsters, mulch and other various products.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate different types of trucks/trailers including roll-off truck, Roll off Trailer and Hydraulics

- Transport materials to and from designated locations following specific routes (all local within under a full days travel)

- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in route driving and commercial driving

- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles

- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety

- Strong communication and organizational abilities
