We are the largest RV and boat bodyshop in the area, committed to high-quality repairs, excellent customer service, and career growth. We’re expanding and looking for an extremely motivated individual to join our team long-term.
Position Overview:
This is a career-oriented position for a Bodyshop Technician working on RVs and boats. No prior experience required — we will train the right person. Experienced techs are encouraged to apply and will be rewarded for proven skills. You’ll learn everything from collision repair and fiberglass work to prep, paint, and finishing for large recreational vehicles and marine craft.
What You’ll Do:
Perform body repair, fiberglass and gelcoat repair, sanding, prepping, and finishing
Assist with disassembly/reassembly of RV and boat components
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Work with team members and supervisors to meet quality and production targets
Continuously learn new techniques and improve craftsmanship
Who We’re Looking For:
Extremely motivated, reliable, and career-focused individual
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift moderate weight, stand for long periods, and work in shop conditions
Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills
Experience is a plus but not required — training provided for the right candidate
