As the Area Manager for Paper Machine Operations, you’ll be the operational engine behind the mill’s success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll own performance, reliability, and team development across the paper machine area. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability, influence, and the chance to shape the future of a major operation.

Minimum Requirements for this Business Unit Area Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in paper machine operations

• Demonstrated success building and developing high performing teams

• Strong, confident leadership with the ability to inspire and drive results

• A growth oriented mindset and the agility to excel in a fast moving, expanding environment.
