EHS/Continuous Improvement Specialist

Multi site manufacturing company recently purchased a small 45 employee factory in the Port Jervis/Shohola Pa area. Non union, company is a HUGE believer and practitioner of Continuous Improvement (CI) Looking for someone to initiate CI throughout the factory and handle EHS (mostly Health and safety) Degree is a plus but not required, experience out of a manufacturing operation is. Great profitable company that runs four 10 hour shifts, providing for 3 day weekends. Full benefits, 401K match. Pay range 75-85K plus target bonus 20%. Company is also a ESOP (Employee stock owner plan)
