Our privately owned construction company in Lorton, VA is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. What Youll Do
Answer and professionally route incoming phone calls
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Provide administrative support to the accounting department (data entry, document preparation, etc.)
Assist with general office duties including mail, scanning, copying, and scheduling
Learn and take on additional administrative tasks to support daily operations
Support other departments as business needs arise
