Consumer Loan Servicing Processor 1
The Consumer Loan Servicing Processor 1 is responsible for booking and maintaining all Consumer related loans on the Banking System. This position will maintain all adjustments and revisions to the loans throughout the life of the loan. This position will also verify that proper documentation is received and/or filed to ensure the intended collateral for the loans is secured and will research items that are missing.
Moderate supervision is received from the Consumer Loan Servicing Manager. No supervision is given.
Essential functions include performing a thorough review of all file information related to Consumer loans, establishing new Consumer loans on banking system, performing maintenance to loans, providing support to Bank staff on loan accounts, performing next day review on all maintenance performed by other processors, maintaining collateral accounts, and demonstrating the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction.
Job related qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in customer service, and preferred experience in a banking environment. Competencies include excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills, ability to work with all levels of staff and management, and working knowledge of Microsoft applications with ability to learn new and existing Banking software. Physical requirements include the ability to regularly sit for prolonged periods of time, lift 20 lbs, and extensive computer usage.
