Job Description

A retail agronomy center is looking for a full-time, year-round employee. This is an opportunity for an experienced equipment operator to get into a great company, but an entry-level candidate with farming, equipment operating experience is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large sprayer and floater equipment over customer fields

Operate GPS/Autosteer technology that goes along with the machines

Apply fertilizer and chemicals both safely and efficiently

Light mechanical duties to keep equipment maintained

Mix and deliver chemicals - Tender other operators

Work full-time hours with overtime as needed

Scout grower fields and professionally interact with customers when necessary

Pass DOT physical, drug test, and obtain a Class A CDL

Obtain an Applicator's License
