IT Intern

Hill Country Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (HCTC) of Ingram, TX is hiring an IT Intern for a part-time, temporary internship position.

This is a paid internship position for students currently enrolled as a junior or senior in high school or an accredited university and seeking a marketing, business, or communications opportunity.

What to expect as a HCTC Customer Experience Intern

Each day you will come prepared to provide general support for all marketing functions and effectively collaborate with your colleagues to complete assigned tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in greeting walk-in and call-in customers to determine how to best meet their needs.

Qualifications:

A Student in good standing with the learning institution

Recommendation from high school counselor, teacher, or university career placement professional

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Work Schedule

Flexible with maximum hours not to exceed 1,000 in a 12 month period or calendar year.
