About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Epic Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting modules such as Willow, Cadence, and Ambulatory. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to clinical teams, IT leadership, and executive stakeholders, ensuring Epic functionality supports operational excellence and organizational goals.
This position requires someone who is not only technically strong, but also confident in presenting complex information to executive leaders in a clear, concise, and strategic way.
What You'll Do
Support, optimize, and maintain Epic modules including Willow, Cadence, and Ambulatory
Serve as a key liaison between clinical operations, IT, and executive leadership
Translate technical functionality into business-ready insights for senior leadership
Gather, analyze, and document system requirements to support workflow enhancements
Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and Epic issue resolution
Build and maintain configuration, workflows, and user documentation
Partner with stakeholders to assess system needs and recommend best-practice solutions
Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and new functionality rollout
Support training and end-user education for new features and enhancements What You Bring
Experience supporting Epic Systems (Willow, Cadence, Ambulatory required or strongly preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive leadership
Proven ability to translate workflows into system requirements and solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment
