What You'll Do
As General Manager, you will:
Oversee all restaurant operations (front and back of house)
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team
Drive profitability through labor, food cost, and expense control
Ensure exceptional guest service and consistent execution of standards
Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic culture
Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
Coach and mentor managers and team members
Maintain operational systems and brand standards
Uphold company values and lead by example
Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for improvement You are the culture-setter, performance driver, and standard-bearer for your restaurant.
