Job Description:
Experience and Proven Track Record in Sales, Operations and Customer Service with a reputed “Luxury Jewellry Brand” or a reputed Luxury Brand in the Retail sector in India.
City-wide experience in effectively developing and executing sales activation activities to achieve high brand awareness/re-call & sales generation
Proven track record in Luxury Sales and Customer Relation-ship and retention
Ability to adapt to financial OPS at store level (Billing, Purchase and Sales Related records & reports)
Proven track record in effective & efficient management and driving a team size of 3 to 5 external sales members or small groups
**Additional experience with a proven track record in developing and execution on Brand and Customer Centric Sales Activation Events will be an advantage
Key Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed College
Min. 2-3 years of successful track record and experience in Sales & Store-level Operations with a reputed Luxury Jewellry brand or Luxury Retail brand in India
A Team player with excellent communication, sales closure & presentation skills
Hands-on Knowledge of MS Office & CRM
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Competency in English and local language
Fast learner and quick thinker with the desire to deliver results
