We are looking for a highly experienced Lead – Technical Services to join our Conductor business in Columbus, Ohio. This is a Senior Management (DGM Level) role reporting to the Plant Head and Global Sales Head.

Work Cadre: Senior Management Band (DGM Level)

Experience Required: 20+ Years

Citizenship: USA

Industry Preference: Conductor / OPGW or similar cable industry

Employment Type: New Position

Qualifications

B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering / Material Science

Strong techno-commercial acumen

Deep expertise in conductor manufacturing, OPGW, and transmission solutions

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical services for conductor and related products

Provide technical support to sales, customers, and plant operations

Drive product development, testing, and certification processes

Collaborate with global sales teams on large bids and technical proposals

Ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications

Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical solutions

Preferred Profile

Extensive experience in conductor/OPGW or similar cable manufacturing industry

Ex-employees of Prysmian Group, Southwire Company, or leading European cable companies will be preferred

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
