Job Description
Leading and managing warehouse and materials processes.
Coaching and developing team members while staying hands-on.
Overseeing inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization
Leading shipping and receiving operations

Hands-On Leadership: Actively participate in warehouse operations while supervising, training, and coaching team members in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Review time cards and conducting performance evaluations. Team Development: Mentoring and holding the team accountable for performance and process adherence.
Operational Excellence: Ensure and participate in accurate material movement, staging, clocking, issuing and closing orders in M2M; correct errors and provide coaching.
Organize warehouse layout and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Oversee and conduct staging, job order picking, packing standards, and timely material flow.
Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through technology adoption and process enhancements.
Logistics & Cost Control: Coordinate freight movement, negotiate carrier contracts, and troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues to prevent recurrence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer service.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all company policies, ESD/PPE procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Experience
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management.
Prior experience in a hands-on supervisory or lead role; proven ability to coach and develop team members.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with M2M or similar preferred). Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse organization. Preferred Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements. Comfortable with technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical & Other Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
Commitment to safety and compliance with PPE and ESD standards.
Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Must pass federal-level background check and drug screening upon offer.
