About the Role:

Our client is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the visual voice of our brand — responsible for creating compelling, consistent, and high-quality content across all company touchpoints. From building and maintaining our brand identity to producing day-to-day visual assets, you will play a central role in how we look and communicate to the world.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Standards:

Develop, maintain, and evolve the company's visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.

Ensure consistency in design language, color palettes, typography, and tone across all deliverables.

Build and maintain up-to-date brand guidelines and design system documentation.

Visual Content Creation:

Design a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including:

Company Profile documents and presentations

Website banners (following established naming conventions)

Email banners and newsletter visuals (following established naming conventions)

Social media graphics and promotional content

Internal communications and event materials

Follow the company's established file naming conventions for all deliverables to ensure proper asset

management and version control.

AI-Assisted & Video Content:

Produce short-form video content and motion graphics for digital channels.

Leverage AI content creation tools to accelerate and enhance visual production, including:

Adobe Firefly for generative image and vector creation

Nano Banana for AI-assisted design workflows

OpenAI Sora for AI-generated video content

Stay up to date with emerging AI design tools and recommend new workflows that improve team efficiency and output quality.

Collaboration & Asset Management:

Work closely with the marketing, communications, and leadership teams to translate briefs into polished visual assets.

Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand files.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.

Experience in video editing — comfortable cutting, color grading, and producing short-form content.

Demonstrated experience or strong awareness of AI content creation tools (Adobe Firefly, Nano Banana, OpenAI Sora, or equivalent).

Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.

Photography and photo retouching skills — ability to shoot, edit, and retouch images to a professional standard.

Excellent attention to detail, especially when adhering to naming conventions and brand standards.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Experience with motion graphics or animation (Adobe After Effects or similar).

Background in print production or large-format design.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics for email design.
