We are building a network of Growth Managers — symbolically known as Illuminators.

The Role: Eleana Growth Manager (Illuminator)

As an Illuminator, your role is simple:

Identify businesses that need professional marketing support.

Open the door.

We handle strategy, design, onboarding, and execution.

You focus on relationship building and opportunity sourcing.

You earn when business closes.

Compensation Structure

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

You Earn:

20% of the first invoice value (based on collected revenue)

2.5% recurring commission on subscription-based services, including:

Illumination Marketing

Web Hosting

Exclusive Membership subscriptions

Recurring commissions apply to:

Original contracts

Upgrades and expanded services

As long as the client remains active

And you remain under active contract and in good standing with Eleana Inc.

Commission Payout Policy:

Commissions are calculated after client payments are received.

Payouts are issued once your earned commissions accumulate to $500 or more.

Any unpaid earned commissions roll forward until the threshold is reached.

There is no cap on income.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Identify potential client businesses

Initiate conversations

Qualify interest and approximate budget range

Schedule introductory calls with Eleana leadership

Support early-stage relationship development

You are not responsible for:

Design work

Campaign execution

Hosting setup

Technical implementation

Billing or collections

We handle fulfillment and operations.

Who You Are:

Self-driven

Comfortable with commission-only compensation

Strong communicator

Professional and brand-conscious

Relationship-oriented

Entrepreneurial mindset

Aligned with ethical, transparent marketing practices

Sales or marketing experience is helpful but not required.

Integrity and initiative matter most.

Classification Notice:

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role.

Your schedule

Your outreach methods

Your location

Your workload

There are no required hours.

Compensation is based solely on closed business generated through your efforts.
