GM Legacy is expanding in the Columbus market and hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support and manage client relationships on behalf of a nationally recognized smart home technology provider.
We are seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, professional, and interested in long-term career growth within client relations and account management.
Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Represent our national client with professionalism
Manage and maintain customer accounts
Serve as primary point of contact for client communication
Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts
Qualifications
18 years or older
Strong communication skills
Professional demeanor and reliability
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work full-time in Columbus
Preferred but not required:
Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or performance-based experience.
Compensation & Advancement
Base compensation plus performance-based incentives
Target annual earnings range: $73,000–$114,000
Earnings vary based on individual performance
Weekly pay structure
Advancement opportunities based on results
