Join our dynamic team as an Associate Project Manager - International Technology, where you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative technology initiatives that enhance our restaurant operations, digital platforms, and overall enterprise strategy.
Overview: In this role, you will work alongside the Head of Technology and various cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of technology projects across the region.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution: Lead the charge on technology projects by assisting in planning, implementation, and post-launch evaluations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate efforts across stakeholders including IT, Operations, Digital, Marketing, and Finance.
Technology Implementation: Oversee the rollout of technology systems such as POS, CRM, loyalty programs, and digital ordering platforms. Ensure successful technology deployment for new restaurants and market expansions, and collaborate with vendors to provide top-notch implementation and training.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with corporate governance and cybersecurity standards. Manage documentation, change control processes, and conduct post-implementation reviews while regularly reporting progress against KPIs to regional leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with business partners, franchisees, and regional teams to align technology solutions with operational needs. Act as a vital link between project teams and global technology functions, supporting vendor evaluation and contract management alongside procurement and legal teams.
What we expect from you:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (PMP or Agile certification preferred)
7+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within restaurant or hospitality technology
Demonstrated success delivering multi-market technology projects
Strong grasp of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Knowledge of data privacy, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance
Ability to lead diverse teams and vendor partners effectively
Exceptionally communicative, organized, and skilled in stakeholder management
Fluent in both English and Spanish (for LAC Markets)
Work Location: Work primarily at Wendy's Restaurants and other designated field locations. When not on-site, remote work is permitted. Location changes are subject to managerial approval based on business needs.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Pay Range: MXN 500,000.00 - MXN 850,000.00 Annually.
