Your Impact:

As a Manager in Enterprise Architecture, you will play a crucial role in leading technology-driven transformations in the Financial Services sector, focusing on Banking and Capital Markets. Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a trusted advisor to define and execute enterprise architecture strategies that maximize business value.

Leading the development of innovative architectural strategies, operational models, and comprehensive roadmaps.

Analyzing the technology portfolio to discover opportunities for modernization and enhancement.

Evaluating the influence of business strategies on the architecture landscape, including applications and infrastructure.

Identifying key capabilities and skills essential for effective Enterprise Architecture.

Creating blueprints for complex technological environments that meet evolving business needs.

Staying current on industry trends, proposing necessary adjustments to existing architectures.

Overseeing significant technology transformations to enrich enterprise architectures.

Utilizing our global network to derive insights for cutting-edge enterprise architecture solutions.

Enhancing your expertise in frameworks, patterns, and governance related to Enterprise Architecture.

What We Are Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise architectures (4+ years).

Experience in creating strategic roadmaps and business cases (4+ years).

Consulting experience in technology or architecture (2+ years).

Proven leadership in guiding teams and formulating architecture recommendations (2+ years).

Comprehensive understanding of architectural challenges and viable solutions.

A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

An MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a relevant field.

Extensive functional or industry expertise in Enterprise Architecture.

Relevant enterprise architecture certifications (such as TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with cutting-edge technologies (including AI, Blockchain, Robotics).

Compensation:

The total compensation package will vary based on several factors like location and experience, with annual salaries ranging from $87,400 to $253,000.

Location: This role may necessitate travel up to 80%.
