As our new Finance Manager, you will shape financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support a development driven factory at the forefront of innovation.

Meet your future team

You will join the Global Finance organisation, supporting the Supply Engineering and Product Introduction (SE&PI) area. Your primary workplace will be our factory in Thyregod, where you will be part of the local leadership team. The factory plays a key role in developing new production technologies and launching nextgeneration window platforms, giving the role significant impact and complexity.

As part of Global Finance, SE&PI you will join a team consisting of experienced Finance Managers and Business Partners, who works closely across factories and locations, actively sharing experience, best practices, and new ideas. The environment is collaborative, development-focused, and shaped by professionalism and continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will participate in global projects both within our Global Finance-organization and in our factory network, where you will work closely with production teams, engineers, and senior leaders.

More specifically, your tasks will be to:

Provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

Lead financial elements of business cases, investments, and scenario modelling.

Analyse performance, conduct variance analysis, and communicate key findings.

Develop and maintain KPI reports and dashboards using BI tools.

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and longterm financial planning.

Perform product costing and support standard cost accounting.

Improve financial processes and strengthen reporting quality.

Support standardisation while adapting finance processes to a development focused environment.

What you will bring

You are an experienced finance professional who thrives in a setting where development, innovation, and operations intersect. You communicate confidently across all organisational levels and act as a proactive sparring partner who helps improve performance and processes.

Moreover, we expect that you:

Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or a related field.

Bring extensive experience from finance roles, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Possess strong analytical skills and a structured, solutionoriented mindset.

Influence decisions through clear and wellfounded financial insights.

Have experience with SAP, Excel, and BI tools, preferably Power BI.

Are fluent in English and Danish.

Have solid knowledge of product costing and standard cost accounting.

Show initiative and thrive in a context where processes must be rethought and improved.
