Akkodis is seeking an Datastage Developer for a Contract with a client in Columbus, OH. You will bring the required Datastage expertise to build and optimize ETL workflows while performing PL/SQLbased data transformations and functional testing activities .
Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Datastage Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and optimize ETL jobs using IBM Datastage for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Write and execute PL/SQL queries to support data validation, processing, and troubleshooting.
Perform functional testing and support endtoend data flow verification across systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions.
Identify, analyze, and resolve ETL job failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
Contribute to automation efforts to improve ETL processes and enhance overall data pipeline reliability. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
6-8 years of experience as a Datastage Developer or in related ETL development roles.
Strong expertise in Datastage ETL development with handson experience in PL/SQL and data processing.
Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
