In this role, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations, partnering with restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

A positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Strong business acumen (experience in P&L management, food safety, staffing, and sales forecasting)

A commitment to fostering a culture of food safety

A passion for developing teams and leading others

An unwavering focus on guest experience

The capability to train and validate key operational practices

A willingness to assist team members as needed

Previous experience overseeing multiple restaurant units

Fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The estimated base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $106,500.00, with additional eligibility for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance. Compensation will vary depending on skills, experience, and education. Chipotle offers an attractive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid leave, and more.
