Your Responsibilities:

Analyze complex customer data to identify integration requirements.

Design, develop, and test scalable data integration and transformation pipelines using PySpark, SparkSQL, and Python.

Contribute to our codebase through effective coding practices, code reviews, validation, and sophisticated transformation logic.

Automate and maintain data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and accuracy.

Collaborate with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team, data engineers, and developers to align solutions with business goals and financial reporting standards.

Engage in solution architecture discussions and technical collaborations, refining user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work with modern data formats and platforms such as Parquet, Delta Lake, S3/Blob Storage, and Databricks.

Partner with the product team to ensure precise reflection of customer data and provide insightful feedback based on data analysis.

What We Are Looking For:

A seasoned Data Analytics Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the field.

Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, Notebooks, and SQL, particularly with Databricks and Delta Lake.

Demonstrated ability to construct and deploy scalable ETL pipelines to cloud production environments using CI/CD methodologies.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of data quality concepts, paired with excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and experience in Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform, Pulumi) are desirable.

Prior experience in the telecom industry or consulting, along with knowledge of accounting, is an advantage.
