Our team is responsible for the critical tasks of database redo logging and recovery, ensuring data durability. We develop software to enhance database throughput by leveraging new hardware technologies. Furthermore, we drive advancements in Oracle’s premier High Availability feature, Oracle Data Guard, and in Oracle's True Cache technology. Our goal is to ensure systems are operational in sub-seconds post-failover.
Comprising members from five different countries, our team boasts experience with over two-thirds of our experts having more than a decade in database kernel development. Our projects are fueled by customer needs and innovative ideas that originate at all levels. We seek self-motivated individuals who excel in solving intricate problems with minimal supervision.

Compensation Range:
The annual salary range for this position is $96,800 to $223,400, with potential bonus and equity options. Salary figures are based on various factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
