About the Role: Shaping the Future with Agentic AI

As part of the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG), you will join a cadre of innovators and builders guiding clients through the transformative shift to Agentic AI and Product-Led Operating Models. As a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Agentic AI Delivery Engineer, you are a product-minded technologist fluent in coding and delivering customer outcomes. You will facilitate the transition of clients from legacy solutions to modern, value-oriented software products built on Google Cloud.

Your Role:

As a GCP Agentic AI Delivery Engineer, you will serve as a technical and product-centric expert in consulting projects tailored for client needs. Collaborating with global delivery teams, you will provide outstanding technical expertise and drive product innovation, executing complex solutions through design, development, and demonstration of Agentic AI products.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in technical workshops to convert client requirements into GCP design elements and customized solutions. Design, build, test, and deploy innovative agentic-first solutions based on business needs.

Rapidly prototype and demonstrate compelling proof-of-concept (POC) solutions using technologies like Vertex AI, BigQuery, and modern CI/CD practices.

Serve as an agile subject matter expert (SME) on modern software development practices, guiding teams in adopting a Product Agile Operating Model.

Collaborate with teams across the globe, utilizing various tools for project delivery and reporting.

Travel may be necessary for this role, dependent on client needs.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing technology role.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with solution architecture on GCP.

2 years of experience with Application Modernization and Agentic AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience working with distributed project teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Agile project delivery and practical insights into Product Operating Models.

Skilled in client innovation workshops and communication of project progress and challenges.

Expertise in architecting workflows using Vertex AI and understanding agentic components.

Relevant Google Cloud Professional certifications are a plus.
