Expanding online business (marketing agency/coaching company) looking to recruit a rockstar Virtual Assistant to manage and execute on research, data entry, and administrative tasks within the company.

Your Main Responsibilities: We currently have a large spreadsheet containing business names and website links.
Your role will include: Opening each business website and locating their Google Business profile (or searching for it on Google). Reviewing their social media pages and/or testimonials to determine whether the business is active.
Identifying and recording the name of the business owner (if available). Finding and verifying the correct contact phone number.
Updating and organizing all collected information accurately into the spreadsheet.
Ensuring there are no duplicates and that data is clean and properly formatted.
We’re Looking For Someone Who: Is extremely detail-oriented and organized Has strong online research skills Is comfortable navigating Google, social media platforms, and business directories Can follow instructions carefully Works efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Has experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) Has excellent written English Bonus Points If You: Have experience in lead generation or data enrichment Have worked with marketing agencies or online businesses before Can suggest improvements to processes This is a results-driven role.
