Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Westerville, OH

Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, offering an opportunity to work with K-12 students in a supportive educational environment.

This contract role is based in Westerville, OH, serving youth with developmental disabilities through specialized school and transition services for ages 14 to 22.

Key Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, providing comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy services.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals.Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working as a School-based SLP is required.Ability to effectively manage a K-12 caseload with diverse communication needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and staff.Knowledge of transition services and programming for youth with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Schedule and Location:Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.Position is located in Westerville, Ohio.
