Human Resources Manager

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across two facilities.

This role is responsible for payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance, and serves as a key partner to leadership in supporting employees at all levels of the organization.

Essential Duties & FunctionsManage full-cycle payroll for multiple locations, ensuring compliance with federal and state wage-and-hour lawsPerform payroll-related accounting tasks, including forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and general ledger balancingOversee the security, maintenance, and accuracy of all employee personnel recordsAdminister employee benefits programs, including enrollments, claims resolution, vendor coordination, invoice approvals, and annual plan reviewsPerform monthly accruals and reconcile payroll and benefits expensesDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, including PTO, substance abuse, and leave policiesSupport the full employment lifecycle, including interviewing, pre-employment screening, onboarding, and terminationsEnsure HR policies, programs, and practices comply with all applicable employment laws and regulationsLead employee relations efforts, including addressing concerns, managing disciplinary actions, and supporting retention initiativesCoordinate and facilitate employee training and educational sessions with benefits providers and external consultantsPerform additional HR and administrative duties as needed QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field4–6 years of experience in human resources, payroll, or accountingStrong knowledge of payroll administration, benefits management, and employment complianceAbility to work effectively with employees and leadership at all organizational levelsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion For confidential consideration, please email or apply directly!
