Position Title: Warehouse and Materials Supervisor Position Type: DH Onsite Work Location: 567 Enterprise Dr, Lewis Center, OH 43035, United States Bill Rate/Salary Offered: $55 to $70k Job Description Leading and managing warehouse and materials processes.Coaching and developing team members while staying hands-on.Overseeing inventory control, material movement, and warehouse organization Leading shipping and receiving operationsResponsibilities: Core Values Champion: Model and promote company values in every decision and interaction.

Review time cards and conducting performance evaluations.
Team Development: Mentoring and holding the team accountable for performance and process adherence.Operational Excellence: Ensure and participate in accurate material movement, staging, clocking, issuing and closing orders in M2M; correct errors and provide coaching.Organize warehouse layout and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.Oversee and conduct staging, job order picking, packing standards, and timely material flow.Continuous Improvement: Drive efficiency through technology adoption and process enhancements.Logistics & Cost Control: Coordinate freight movement, negotiate carrier contracts, and troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues to prevent recurrence.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer service.Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to all company policies, ESD/PPE procedures, and regulatory requirements.Other duties as assigned.
Experience 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management.Prior experience in a hands-on supervisory or lead role; proven ability to coach and develop team members.Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (experience with M2M or similar preferred). Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping/receiving processes, and warehouse organization.
Preferred Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
Comfortable with technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical & Other Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
