Training Developer

Training Developer Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 5-Month Contract Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (W2) Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Developer to join our Branch & Café Learning Team in Richmond, VA.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the learning experience for frontline associates by updating and refining existing training curricula.

The ideal candidate brings a strong instructional design background, a sharp visual eye, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.

Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and refresh existing learning curricula to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with branding standards.Create and revise facilitator guides, learner materials, and supporting documentation.Develop and update eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Rise.Apply branding and visual design updates to learning materials.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet business and learner needs.Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and best practices.

Required QualificationsStrong experience with eLearning authoring tools, including:Articulate Storyline and RiseAdobe Creative SuiteGoogle WorkspaceSolid background in instructional design, adult learning, and technical writing.Graphic design experience with an eye for clean, engaging visuals.Ability to manage multiple updates while maintaining attention to detail.
