Office Support - (Office adminstrative / Petroleum Construction) [Grove City, OH,] United States Overview The Office Support / Service Manager oversees daily administrative operations, coordinates service-related activities, and ensures the office runs efficiently.

This role supports both internal teams and external customers by managing workflows, support staff, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Office OperationsSupport Office MangerFacilitate day to day office functions to ensure a well organized, efficient, and professional work environment.Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and facility needs.Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.Develop and improve administrative processes, forms, and workflows.

Service Coordination & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for service requests, work orders, and customer inquiries related to needs in the petroleum and construction field.Assign, track, and follow up on service tasks to ensure timely completion.Coordinate scheduling for technicians, contractors, or field personnel.Monitor service performance metrics and escalate issues when needed.

Team LeadershipFoster a positive, collaborative, and customer focused team culture.Ensure staff follow company procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Communication & Customer ServiceProvide clear, professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal teams.Prepare reports, correspondence, and updates for leadership.Support cross department collaboration to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Process Improvement & ComplianceIdentify opportunities to streamline administrative and service processes.Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Assist with audits, inspections, and documentation as needed.

QualificationsProven experience in office administration, service coordination, or administrative leadership.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Proficiency with office software, scheduling tools, and service management systems.Ability to lead a team and manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Preferred SkillsExperience in facilities, petroleum, construction, or technical service industries.Familiarity with work order systems, dispatching, or field service platforms.Knowledge of basic budgeting, purchasing, or vendor management.Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
