Location: Nationwide (Canada / USA / International) - Travel required

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a highly experienced Sales Representative to drive new business growth and represent our innovative product portfolio in the field.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business opportunities and expand market share for our portfolio of printing and packaging equipment.
Consult with manufacturers, packaging companies, and end-users to understand their production challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate technical machinery and equipment to prospective clients in person and virtually.
Close complex sales cycles with decision-makers, hitting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships grounded in trust, product knowledge, and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Attend trade shows, customer sites, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Who We’re Looking For
Seasoned B2B sales professional with a proven track record selling industrial machinery or technical equipment (preferably printing/packaging related).
Comfortable navigating and closing complex, high-value deals.
Strong consultative sales skills with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A self-starter who is organized, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with both existing and new customers.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel to customer sites and events required). All travel expenses covered.
Updated passport and legal eligibility to travel internationally and fly for business development.
Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories and to major industry exhibitions. All travel expenses covered.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Comfortable presenting technical solutions and product demonstrations.
