Machine Operator Assistant

Join our team in a fast-paced plastic manufacturing facility where you'll play a key role in supporting production operations. As a Machine Operator Assistant, you'll be responsible for packaging products, reworking nonconforming items, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Package Work in Process (WIP) and finished products from RTF and/or printing lines according to work instructions and customer specifications

Operate the scoring machine

Identify and report non-conforming products during packing

Rework nonconforming products following documented procedures

Maintain food safety standards throughout production

Perform duties in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures

Stand on concrete for 12-hour shifts

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Climb steps periodically throughout the day

Work in a heated environment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to follow safety and food safety protocols

Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
