Salary: $85,000–$125,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time Remote (Monthly On-site Required)

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an experienced Estimator to support large-scale commercial roofing and construction projects. This role blends estimating expertise with client-facing sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare competitive estimates for multi-million-dollar projects

Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents

Perform site inspections and scope assessments

Manage bids, RFQs, and RFPs

Build and maintain client relationships

Coordinate with operations for project handoff

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

5–10 years commercial construction estimating experience

Commercial roofing experience required

Strong blueprint and document interpretation skills
