Central Texas Recruiting is seeking an Implementation Supervisor II to lead mid-to-large-scale account migrations and business-focused implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multi-site implementation and migration projects

Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Develop implementation plans, schedules, and reporting

Conduct status meetings and client communications

Support post-implementation audits and lessons learned

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years project management experience

PMP certification required

Business-focused implementation background

Willingness to travel and support weekend migrations
