Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Salary: $55,000–$85,000/yr

Schedule: Full-time On-site

Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to lead estimating and execution of large-scale HVAC construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare HVAC estimates using industry tools

Manage project schedules, procurement, and execution

Coordinate subcontractors and site activities

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Track progress, change orders, and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

3+ years commercial HVAC estimating or PM experience

Bluebeam and ProCore experience required

Strong scheduling and coordination skills
