We are a very busy law firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
Processing client payments.
Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and take messages as needed.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately stored.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings as needed.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members on various projects and administrative tasks.
Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
Skills:
Previous experience in an administrative/receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
