We are seeking a professional, customer-focused bilingual Receptionist/Customer Care Associate to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers supporting executive and administrative offices. This role is ideal for someone who is polished, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
Answer and route incoming calls via a multi-line switchboard
Accurately take and deliver messages in a timely manner
Provide information on venues, events, and directions
Sort and distribute mail; perform light administrative tasks
Serve as backup administrative support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front-desk experience in a professional office
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism
Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Hospitality or venue experience is a plus.
