ML Developer (Chatbot & IA)

Descripción General

Buscamos un/a ML Developer para diseñar e implementar la lógica central de un chatbot basado en IA, incluyendo la arquitectura del sistema, integraciones vía API y mecanismos de escalamiento a atención humana. Este rol es clave para construir una solución conversacional robusta, escalable y bien documentada.

️ Responsabilidades

Diseñar la arquitectura técnica del chatbot y sus flujos conversacionales.

Implementar e integrar APIs con sistemas backend, bases de datos y servicios externos.

Desarrollar la lógica de IA / NLP / LLM para detección de intención y manejo de contexto.

Implementar mecanismos de handoff a humano, asegurando transferencia de contexto.

Documentar la arquitectura, flujos y endpoints del sistema.

Optimizar rendimiento, estabilidad y manejo de errores.

Aplicar buenas prácticas de seguridad y privacidad de datos.

Colaborar con equipos de UX y contenido técnico.

Requisitos

Experiencia en desarrollo de chatbots o sistemas conversacionales.

Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo backend y APIs REST.

Experiencia práctica con modelos de lenguaje (LLMs).

Capacidad de documentación técnica clara.

Experiencia trabajando en equipos multidisciplinarios.

Entregables

Arquitectura del chatbot (borrador y versión final).

Lógica funcional del chatbot.

Documentación técnica y de integraciones.

Documentación del proceso de escalamiento a humano.
