Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with planned menus and food safety standards. This role ensures high-quality meal service while following all federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare meals according to menus and standardized recipes
Follow safe food handling and sanitation guidelines
Prepare regular and special diet meals as needed
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Ensure meals are prepared and served on time
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Cooking experience in a large-scale or healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
