Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months phlebotomy experience.
Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
Keyboard and data entry experience. Experience:
One plus years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Responsibilities:
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
Maintain a safe and professional environment.
Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing following established practices and procedures.
Maintain required records and documentation.
Promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors with a focus on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information. Should Have:
